One North Dearborn at Open House Chicago

Originally built in 1905 to house the Boston Company department store, 1 North Dearborn has undergone extensive renovations to modernize its offices and amenities. The crowning feature is the building’s rooftop deck: impressive in scope, it features a bar, fireplace, lounge, vegetable garden, beehives, and sweeping skyline views. A mural pays homage to the building’s original tenant. Visitors will have self-guided access to the rooftop lounge and deck, offering skyline views of the city. Enjoy viewing the rooftop veggie garden, learning about the organic beehives, and playing lawn games.
