Groundwaves Open Mic

*RSVP is only for entry, and does not sign you up for the open mic* The legendary open mic + mentorship program started by MURS comes back to Chicago! Rappers who sign up are picked out of a hat to come on stage and rap for up to 5 minutes - anyone who performs can sign up for a 30 minute one-on-one mentorship session with MURS the next day. Sign ups begin at 5pm, and the event starts at 6pm. All Groundwaves events are free and open to the public - food from Dietta's Catering will be provided!
