Delete your NoMo account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved events, follows, and preferences. This cannot be undone.

In the app or on the site

1. Sign in, then open your profile.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Scroll to Your data and choose Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate. Your account row and everything attached to it are removed from our database; anonymous push-notification device records are unlinked and expire on their own.

Before you go

You can download a copy of your data first from the same screen (Download my data).

Can't sign in?

If you can't access your account, contact us from the email or phone number on the account and we'll verify it's you and delete it for you. See the privacy policy for contact details.
