Report a person
In the app, open Friends, tap the three dots next to anyone, and choose Report account or Block account. Blocking is immediate and mutual — you won't see each other anywhere in NoMo. We review every report within 24 hours and remove accounts that break our community rules. You can undo a block under You → Blocked accounts.
Report an event
Open the event and use the report option to flag wrong details, a cancelled event, or spam. Event listings come from public sources, so this is the fastest way to get a bad one fixed.
Something wrong with an event listing?
We aggregate public listings and we are not the organizer. Always confirm date, time, age policy, and price with the venue or ticket seller before you go.
Your account
You can download everything we store about you, or permanently delete your account, from You → Settings → Your data in the app. Deletion is immediate and there is no undo. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on the account and we'll handle it.
