By using NoMo, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What NoMo is

NoMo helps you discover events in Chicago by aggregating listings from public sources. We are not the organizer of these events and we don't sell tickets.

Who can use NoMo

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Many listed events carry their own age restrictions (18+, 21+) which the venue enforces — NoMo showing you an event is not admission to it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings (or see the deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Accuracy of event information

Event details (dates, times, prices, venues, availability) come from third parties and can change or be wrong. Always confirm details with the official listing or venue before making plans or purchases. We provide this information "as is" without warranty.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't submit false, spammy, or unlawful event listings.
• Don't use NoMo to harass others or violate any law.

User submissions

If you submit content (an event, a guide, a report, profile details), you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us a license to display it in NoMo. We may review, edit, publish, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Our content

NoMo's name, design, and software belong to us. Event details and images belong to their respective owners; we link to original sources. Rights holders can request removal via the report option on any event.

Third-party links

NoMo links to external sites (tickets, venues, social accounts). We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or transactions you make there.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NoMo is provided without warranties and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on event information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes, and we'll flag significant ones in the app. Questions: use the report option on any event. A dedicated support email is being set up and will be listed here.
